Washington shorty releases running back Derrius Guice after numerous domestic charge arrests

Chris's Corner

Well it looks like Derrius Guice’s career in Washington is over as the running back was released from the team just two hours after he was arrested on domestic violence charges in Virginia.

According to ESPN, the charges stemmed from three separate domestic violence-related incidents on Feb. 14, March 13 and April 17 at Guice’s home in Ashburn, Virginia

The former LSU Tiger was one of the bigger disappointments in Washington’s morbid franchise with questions arising regarding his maturity paired with a torn left ACL in 2018 and another torn meniscus in his right knee limiting him to just five games in two seasons.

Despite lacking in most areas running back is one area where the Washington Football team has depth in Adrian Peterson, J.D. McKissic, Peyton Barber and Antonio Gibson so they will not miss a violent immature draft disappointment.
