The Rams are taking a blow in their secondary as safety Terrell Burgess fractured his ankle during Sunday's win over the Chicago Bears.
According to SB Nation, Burgess played 12 snaps on defense and made two key stops on third down before leaving in the third quarter with an injury.
This is a big loss for the Rams who already placed rookie Jordan Fuller on injured reserve with a shoulder injury with an unknown expected return date, now Sean McVay’s squad will be without Burgess another rookie out Utah so expect the Rams depth to be tested or a trade for a veteran may be coming sooner than not.
