Unamed NFL players sues airline for sexual harassment

Wednesday, an unnamed NFL player sued United Airlines for sexual harassment.

According to the lawsuit on a February flight from Los Angeles to New Jersey, there were four complaints regarding the NFL player and another passenger sitting in the same row including sexual advances and groping.

According to ESPN, the lawsuit by the NFL player and another individual alleges Uniteds’ failure to have or enforce adequate policies and procedures for the prevention of and response to in-flight sexual assaults in a breach of duty to protect and care for its passengers.
