Longtime Titans team president Steve Underwood is calling it a career. According to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, Underwood announced his retirement Friday morning.
Underwood began as legal counsel to the former Houston Oilers and their owner Bud Adams and spent four decades with the team: including their move from Houston to Nashville after the 1996 season. He has had experience in a number roles including: Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and COO, according to Titans.com.
Underwood initially retired in 2011 but returned to the team in 2015 as team president and CEO, according to NBCsports.com
