The Titans are bringing in championship experience signing Stephen Gostkowski to a one-year deal Thursday.
According to CBS Sports, the 36-year-old has ties to the greater Tennessee area attending the University of Memphis and living in Nashville the majority of his career.
Gostkowski is a three-time champion as well as a four-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time All-Pro with the New England Patriots kicking there for 14 seasons.
During his tenure at the Patriot, he converted 374 of 428 field goals for a blistering .874% conversion rate.
He may not have that much left in the tank, but the move is a low-risk high-reward move for a Titans team that reunites Gostkowski with a former Patriot great in linebacker now head coach Mike Vrabel.
