Former LSU Tigers Tight End Thaddeus Moss is planning to sign with the Washington Redskins as an unrestricted free agent. Moss is the son of H-O-F great Randy Moss had a breakout season for LSU catching 47 passes for 570 yards and four touchdowns but recently suffered a Jones fracture in his right foot but if fully recovered looks to be a starting caliber tight end for the Redskins this coming season.
Other notable signings after the draft include Georgia kicker Rodrigo Blakenship signed with the Indianapolis Colts, according to Lindsay Jones of The Athletic.
The New England Patriots signed two quarterbacks in the post-Brady era: Louisiana Tech’s J-Mar Smith and Michigan State’s Brian Lewarke.
The Chicago Bears signed Buffalo Bulls edge rusher Ledarius Mack, who happens to be the brother of Bears great Khalil Mack.
Patriots punter Justin Rohrwasser has a controversial -far-right political tattoo that is by most being heavily scrutinized by NFL fans around the country. The former Marshall Thundering Herd place kicker has said he will cover up the tattoo or get it removed but it certainly gives any fuel necessary as another reason to dislike (as so many do) the Patriots.
Former Washing State quarterback Anthony Gordon has been signed by the Seahawks. Seattle has been looking for it seems like centuries to find Russell Wilson a permanent backup and the former Cougar may be the answer.
Former Virginia Cavalier dual threat Bryce Perkins has signed with the Los Angeles Rams as an unrestricted free-agent.
