Kansas City Chiefs
Record: (4-0).
Recap: Win Vs. New England Patriots, 26-10.
Breakdown: Happy Birthday Travis Kelce! Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs overcame two obstacles Monday: the coronavirus outbreak New England potentially brought into town and an unbelievably tough Bill Belichick defense deployed toward Andy Reid’s squad escaping narrowly with a victory. Kansas City celebrated Kelce’s 31st birthday on the defensive end, absolutely playing lights out on the bright lights holding Patriots quarterbacks (Brian Hoyer and Jarrrett Stidham) to just 172 total passing yards with three interceptions and a big forced fumble right before half. The Chiefs secondary was outstanding as Juan Thornhill (an interception and six tackles), Rashad Fenton (four pass break-ups, one interception) and the Honey Badger (A game-sealing pick-six along with four tackles) played their best overall game through the 2020 season. Edge rusher Frank Clark continued his dominance with the absence of Chris Jones getting a big sack making that three through four games and if the KC “D,” can equal the outings they will get from their offense, it will be nearly impossible to beat. The Chiefs are the first team in history to start (4-0) in first straight seasons and will put their 13-game-winning streak on the line this Sunday when Derek Carr and the Raiders come to Arrowhead for an AFC West rivaled showdown.
Green Bay Packers
Record: (4-0).
Recap: Win Vs. Atlanta Falcons, 30-16.
Breakdown: Pinky’s up for the Pack as they are currently the class of the NFC thanks to the shoulders of number 1-2. Aaron Rodgers continues to be a baaaaad bad man lighting up the Falcons with 327 yards, four touchdowns and zero picks in their Monday Night tilt. Down no Davante Adams or Allen Lazard, several players stepped up in a big way against Atlanta: the dynamic duo of Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams provided a big 1-2 punch for the Pack as Jones totaled 111 all-purpose yards and Wiliams hauled in eight catches for 95 yards in the dub. Edge rusher Za’Darius Smith continued to enforce his dominance sacking Matt Ryan three times while totaling a team-high eight tackles Monday night. Remember the name: Robert Tonyan. The third-year tight end has been under-the-radar amazing hauling in 98 receiving yards and three touchdowns from Aaron Rodgers continuing his own streak of three straight games with at least one touchdown and already a career-high 173 yards through four games. Outside of the Chiefs, Green Bay looks like the most complete team in the entire NFC but will be tested in a big way Sunday when they travel to Tampa Bay to take on Tom Brady and the Bucs at Raymond James Stadium.
Seattle Seahawks
Record: (4-0).
Recap: Win Vs. Miami Dolphins, 31-23.
Breakdown: All smiles for the 12’s as the Hawks survived the South Beach heat to escape with a solid road victory. Russell Wilson continued his MVP season throwing for 360 yards and two touchdowns while the defense down safety Jamal Adams actually generated some turnovers picking off Fitzmagic twice en route to their best start to a season since 2013. Oh, that season? Seattle reached the Super Bowl that year and could be on that same trajectory this season. The Hawks will look to stay hot as they match up against Kirk Cousins and the Minnesota Vikings in Seattle next Sunday Night.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Record: (3-0).
Recap:
Breakdown: Game postponed due coronavirus.
Baltimore Ravens
Record: (2-0).
Recap: Win Vs. Washington Football Team, 31-17.
Breakdown: A wise man once said “Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can possess,” and when the Ravens have it, they can’t be stopped. Lamar Jackson tasted sweet redemption passing for 193 while also scampering for an electric 50-yard run finishing the afternoon with three total touchdowns in the route. Defensively, Baltimore clamped down holding Washington to just 69 yards rushing while forcing a key fumble too. Edge rusher Matthew Judon finally got after the quarterback totaling two big sacks and Marquise Brown/Mark Andrews redeemed themselves by combining for 143 receiving yards and two scores in the dub. Big Truzz and the crew take on rookie Joe Burrow and the Bengals back in Baltimore this Sunday.
Buffalo Bills
Record: (4-0).
Recap: Win Vs. Las Vegas Raiders, 30-23.
Breakdown: Jump around, Jump up jump up and get down Bills Mafia cause your squad is now 4-0! For the first time since 2008, Buffalo is undefeated a quarter through the seasons and MVP-hopeful Josh Allen is the square reason for it. Allen has simply been sensational for the Bills, this week torching the injury-riddled Raiders to the tune of 288 yards with two touchdowns. Defensively, Buffalo finally found a pass-rush sackingLas Vegas’s Derek Carr twice and forcing two fumble recoveries that led to key Bills points. Receiver Stefon Diggs looks to be one of the best acquisitions of the offseason hauling in 115 yards off six catches including one Moss’d catch over a Raiders defender. So long as Buffalo can continue to get healthier and improve defensively, this team can certainly continue winning coached by one of the best in the league in Sean McDermott. Buffalo will reach for the 5-0 mark when they play Derrick Henry and the Titans in Tennessee this Sunday.
Los Angeles Rams
Record: (3-1).
Recap: Win Vs. New York Giants, 17-9.
Breakdown: The old adage is defense wins championships and if that statement remains so than this Rams team certainly can. Sunday’s game exemplified why you pay your stars. Over the past two seasons, Los Angeles has paid corner Jalen Ramsey, defensive lineman Aaron Donald and receiver Cooper Kupp and those are exactly who came through Sunday. Kupp hauled in 69 yards and the game's only touchdown, Donald contributed to the Rams five total sacks and Ramsey play-after-play was out blundering Giant receivers en route to five tackles including one-for-loss. Their play ignited the Rams to muster just enough offense to stave off the win-hungry Giants in Los Angeles. The Rams have the opportunity to win number four against Dwayne Haskins and the Washington Football Team at FedEx Field in the Nation’s capitol Sunday.
Tampa Bay Bucs
Record: (3-1)
Recap: Win Vs. Los Angeles Chargers, 38-31.
Breakdown: Maybe he’s born with it, maybe it’s just Tom Brady doing G.O.A.T things leading his Bucs team down from a 17-point deficit to edge out the Los Angeles Charger by seven at home Sunday. Brady spread the wealth connecting with five different players for touchdowns in the comeback victory and running back Ronald Jones recorded his best game of the season thus far rushing for 111 yards including a big tough run when the Bucs needed it most. Todd Bowles defense clamped down on the run as always surrendering just 46 yards rushing off 2-yards-per-carry but their pass defense remains suspect to put it nicely letting rookie Justin Herbert throw for 290 yards and three touchdowns. Brady continued a bad streak of five pick-sixes out of the last six games and with O.J. Howard, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Scotty Miller all nicked up, the Bucs depth will certainly be tested Sunday when they face Nick Foles and the Bears in the Windy City Thursday night.
New Orleans Saints
Record: (2-2).
Recap: Win Vs. Detroit Lions, 35-29.
Breakdown: Drew Brees will arm-wrestle anyone! Rumors of Brees arms’ demise were well over-stated as the future Hall-of-Famer lit up Ford Field throwing for 246 yards, two touchdowns big plays to Emmanuel Sanders, Lativius Murray, Tre’quan Smith and Marquez Callaway en route to a nice road dub in the Motor City. More importantly the Saints played defense without fouling being flagged just four times and were able to generate some pressure on Matt Stafford sacking him three times and forcing a Patrick Robinson interception too. Oh and in case anyone forgot, Alvin Kamra is really REALLY good, I mean 119 all purpose yards and a score good. NOLA will look to get over the .500 hump Monday against Justin Herbert the sinking Chargers.
New England Patriots
Record: (2-2).
Recap: Loss Vs. Kansas City Chiefs, 26-10.
Breakdown: Down but not out: the Patriots headed into Kansas City short-handed (no superstar Cam Newton or running back Sony Michel) but fought valiantly in Arrowhead matching blow-for-blow against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs until talent and turnovers ultimately doomed Bill Belichick’s roster. The good was the Pats rushed for 185 yards, 100 off which were off the legs of freshly activated Damien Harris while also strip-sacking Patrick Mahomes (play was called dead but was obviously a bad call) and limited the high-powered Chiefs to just 94 yards rushing off 3.8-yards-per-carry. The bad was they threw two interceptions, one of which was a pick-six and lost a key possession off a strip sack fumble in field goal range that would’ve potentially tied the game. They also dropped two interceptions that could’ve potentially would have led to points so all-in-all New England has won the team games they should have (Miami, Las Vegas) and lost the team they should have (Chiefs, Seahawks) so they are right where they should realistically be. The Foxborough fighters will look to rebound at home against the muddler Broncos this coming Sunday.
Tennessee Titans
Record: (3-0).
Recap:
Breakdown: Game postponed due coronavirus.
Cleveland Browns
Record: (3-1)
Recap: Win Vs. Dallas Cowboys, 49-38.
Breakdown: These ain’t your Grandparent’s Browns, folks as Cleveland has one three straight, this week’ a 49-38 thriller over the Cowboys in Jerryworld. The Browns annihilated the Cowboys on the ground out-rushing Dallas, 307 to 85 and Cleveland’s defense (which albeit wasn’t much there) forced three key turnovers (interception and two fumbles) to enable the Browns to be (3-1) for the first time since 2001. I was seven back then and that’s what Oddell Beckham did a lot of scoring three times and totaling 154 all-purpose yards. Baker Mayfield wasn’t spectacular but he also wasn’t imploding and so long as Kevin Stefanski can keep that going the ‘Land can keep going in the dub train rolling. Mayfield and the squad face a tough test when Phillip Rivers and the Colts come to town Sunday.
Indianapolis Colts
Record: (3-1).
Recap: Win Vs. Chicago Bears, 19-11.
Breakdown: “The Other Guys” shined brightest for the Colts Sunday as Indianapolis completely shut down the Bears run game with a league-low 28 total rush yards allowed and rookie safety Julian Blackmon recording his first NFL interception off Nick Foles late in the fourth. Another rookie stepped up in a big way too as Rodrigo Blankenship hit all four of his field goal attempts including a game-sealing 44-yarder to ensure an Indy victory in the Windy City. Phillip Rivers has still got game making just enough plays to no-name receivers and tight ends like Zach Pascal (58 receiving yards) and Mo Alie-Cox (one catch for a touchdown) to reach (3-1) a third of the way into their seasons. Frank Reich’s crew will go from under-the-radar to in the spotlight Sunday when they play Baker Mayfield and the Browns in a battle of (3-1)’s.
Chicago Bears
Record: (3-1).
Recap: Loss Vs. Indianapolis Colts, 19-11.
Breakdown: So maybe Mitch Trubisky wasn’t the problem? Woo-wee Chicago was bad Sunday but at least they looked good doing it. Rocking their fan-favorite Orange uniforms, the Bears offense led by now starter, Nick Foles was nearly unwatchable rushing for just 28 yards off a 1.8-yard-clip scoring just one offensive touchdown through four quarters of Sunday’s game. The Bears defense fought valiantly, limiting the Colts to just 2.7-yards-per-clip and just 6.6-per-pass-play but Matt Nagy’s offense couldn’t muster enough points to come out victorious. Receiver Allen Robinson continued his stellar play recording his second straight 100-yard receiving game during this contract year and for the sake of Chicago fans, they hope he and Nagy’s offense can try to muster some explosive plays against another tough defense in the Bucs as they and Tom Brady will be heading into town Thursday night.
Carolina Panthers
Record: (2-2).
Recap: Win Vs. Arizona Cardinals, 31-21.
Breakdown: Sweet Caroline, good times never felt so good: so good, so good, so good! Today was about as sweet as a Carolina pulled pork sandwich for Panthers fans as they secured a big upset win over Kyler Murray and the Cardinals this afternoon. Matt Rhule’s defense looked Baylorish (Rhule was the former head coach there) limiting Murray to just 133 pass yards (off a low 4.3-yard-per-clip) while Teddy Bridgewater, (276 pass yards, two touchdowns), Mike Davis (111 all-purpose yards and a score) and Robby Anderson (99 receiving yards) have created a true triple threat of an offensive weapon that’s been under-the-radar through two games. Bridgewater’s team will look for back-to-back victories this Sunday against Matt Ryan and the Falcons in an NFC South showdown.
Las Vegas Raiders
Record: (2-2).
Recap: Loss Vs. Buffalo Bills, 30-23.
Breakdown: “Can we go back to Oakland?” Al Davis’s squad might be asking themselves that, losers of their last two, this week to an excellent Buffalo team. The Raiders continue to shoot themselves in the foot fumbling the ball away twice, rushing for an awful 3.7-yards-a-clip and struggling to contain big plays surrendering a 49-yard pass and 14-yard run throughout the game. Tight end Darren Waller continues to be the Raiders best offensive weapon hauling in 88 yards off 9 receptions and at this point that is where Vegas fans can find solace. Jon Gruden’s schedule doesn’t let up as Patrick Mahomes and the (_) Chiefs in Kansas City are up next.
Arizona Cardinals
Record: (2-2).
Recap: Loss Vs. Carolina Panthers, 31-21.
Breakdown: Sunday afternoon exemplified one thing for the Cardinals and that is that Kyler Murray is human. The standout Arizona QB struggled against an improving Panthers defense throwing for just 133 yards off 4-yards-a-pass and a back-breaker of a fumble. Arizona’s defense wasn’t much better, surrendering 444 yards as the Panthers dominated the Time-of-Possession by a whooping 14 minutes additionally failing to record a sack for the first time this season. Still through the former Oklahoma Sooners struggles, he did still throw for three touchdowns and lead his team in rushing with 78 yards and they will need he, along with DeAndre Hopkins (41 receiving yards) and Chander Jones (zero sacks) to rebound in a big way for Arizona to get back over .500. Kliff Kingsbury’s team will have a golden opportunity this coming week against the (0-4) laughing stock in the NFL, Jets in the Big Apple.
San Francisco 49ers
Record: (2-2)
Recap: Loss Vs. Philly Eagles, 25-20.
Breakdown: George Kittle returned when the lights shined brightest and man he was a star hauling in 15 receptions for 183 yards and a touchdown for the much-aligned 49ers team. They also outrushed the Eagles 116-to-93 while also totaling three sacks and a pick but they still lost. Why concerned San Francisco fans ask? Turnovers, turnovers and turnovers. Backup Nick Mullens threw two interceptions including a pick-six and a fumble all of which resulted in Philly points. Quick shoutout to Jerrick McKinnon who is spelling the injured Raheem Mostert and has done so in a big way totaling 97 yards and a touchdown in the “L.” Kyle Shanahan’s crew is optimistic they could be getting back Richard Sherman, Jimmy G and others back soon but for the time being the backups along with the Niners defense will need to play big against Fitzmagic and the Dolphins Sunday at home once more.
Minnesota Vikings
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Win Vs. Houston Texans, 31-23.
Breakdown: I’ve been waiting four weeks to say this: SKOL! The Purple Man Eaters dominated the ground rushing for 162 yards, 130 off the legs of Dalvin Cook with three total touchdowns Sunday afternoon. Kirk Cousins recorded his first game where he didn’t turn it over finding Adam Theilen and Jordan Jefferson early and often en route to 217 total yards and a touchdown between the duo. On the other side of the ball, Yannick Ngakoue justified the Vikes big off-season trade recording his third straight game with a sack leading Mike Zimmer’s crew to their first win of the 2020 season. They will search for their second Sunday night against the white hot Russell Wilson and Seahawks in Seattle this week.
Los Angeles Chargers
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. Tampa Bay Bucs, 38-31.
Breakdown: For the Bolts, maybe fourth time’s the try, as they suffered another gut-wrencher of a loss Sunday. Up 17 midway though the second quarter, things slowly started to fall apart as a fumble led to a Bucs score that was all Tom Brady’s team needed to go on a tear scoring on four straight possessions following halftime to put the Bolts back in the “L,” column. Running back Austin Ekeler will likely be out multiple weeks but the silver lining has to be the play of rookie Justin Herbert. The former Oregon Duck looked poised and polished passing for 290 yards and three touchdowns with just five incompletions in his second game as a pro. He has the makings of being a star for the team with the best unis in the league. Anthony Lynn’s schedule doesn’t get any easier as Drew Brees and the Saints will welcome the Rookie’s squad into the New Orleans Superdome this Sunday.
Dallas Cowboys
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. Cleveland Browns, 49-38.
Breakdown: Oh the sweet sweet irony, the checkbook was wide open for every other major Cowboy player and yet the only one that doesn’t have a deal is the only one producing. Mr. Dak Prescott made history becoming the first quarterback to throw for 450 yards in three straight games, including his first 500-yard game amassing 502 yards passing and four touchdowns as he helplessly watched his defense surrender 508 yards total yards with a whopping 307 of those being on the ground. Dallas, no question, has the worst defense in the NFL and inherently refuses to utilize one of their best offensive weapons in Zeke Elliott so look for Dak along with Amari Cooper (12 catches, 134 yards, one touchdown) and CeeDee Lamb (72 receiving yards and a score) to keep lighting it up as they will surely be trailing or battling every game: their next being an NFC East battle between their rivaled New York Giants at home Sunday.
Washington Football Team
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. Baltimore Ravens, 31-17.
Breakdown: Washington’s Sunday in a one-word summarization: Ouch. No passing touchdowns for Dwayne Haskins, only 69 total yards rushing, three sacks surrendered and 144 rushing yards given up for the Football Team in their home loss to the Ravens. Baltimore’s Jackson electrified the Ravens juking Washington defenders out their socks en route to a 50-yard touchdown. It may be time for quarterback change in the Nation’s capitol but two guys who stood out Sunday for the Maroon and Gold were Kendall Fuller who recorded two interceptions and receiver Terry McLaurin who continues his tear hauling in 125 yards off 10 receptions. The Football Team faces another tough test as Jared Goff and the 3-1 Rams head into Washington to take on the FedEx Fielders Sunday.
Detroit Lions
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. New Orleans Saints, 35-29.
Breakdown: The Motor City Blues continue for the Lions as they dropped a tough one at home to another inconsistent team in the Saints. Detroit had a tough time throwing averaging six-yards-a-clip with a pick against a tough New Orleans defense. Still, there were several positives Sunday as the Lions finally forced a turnover picking off Drew Brees as well as generating pressure sacking him two times also. Receiver Kenny Golladay has proved his importance hauling in 62 yards and one incredibly acrobatic touchdown catch during the first quarter and for the Lions sake he will need to be the best player on the field for Detroit to stand a chance in week five when Minshew Magic and the Jaguars welcome Stafford the Lions to Jacksonville Sunday.
Cincinnati Bengals
Record: (1-2-1).
Recap: Win Vs. Jacksonville Jags, 33-25.
Breakdown: The first is always the sweetest as rookie Joe Burrow captured his first NFL victory as a pro and he has to give a lot of thanks to running back Joe Mixon. The Bengals back dominated the ground Sunday rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns off a blistering 6-yard-per-carry en route to the dub train. Cincy’s 205 total rush yards and best defensive outing (3 sacks, an interception and just 89 yards allowed rushing) pushed the Jags to the losing end. WhoDey secured their first win since Dec. 29th of 2019 and will look to make that a double-shot bartender next week against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens in an AFC North tilt Sunday.
Denver Broncos
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Win Vs. New York Jets, 37-28.
Breakdown: Country roads took the Broncos home with a Thursday night victory over the hapless Jets in one of the worst games of the year. Denver running back Melvin Gordon toted the rock 23 times for a game-high 107 rush yards and two rumbling stumbling touchdowns including the game-sealer to break the hearts of the 10 Jets fans watching worldwide. Rookie receiver Jim Juedy recorded his first touchdown as a pro straight up Mossing his defender en route to a 48-yard score and Tim Patrick had his best game of his three-year career hauling in six balls for 113 yards and a touchdown at Metlife. Vic Fangio’s defense made life hell for Sam Darnold sacking him six times to the “w” column. John Elway’s squad will try to keep climbing the mountain heading to Foxborough to play Cam Newton and the Patriots in New England.
Miami Dolphins
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. Seattle Seahawks, 31-23.
Breakdown: It’s like one step forward and one step back for the Fins as they captured their first win last Thursday throttling the Jaguars but then struggled mightily this week at home against the Seahawks. Ryan Fitzpatrick’s favorite targets were to Seattle defenders throwing two footballs to them that led to back-breaking points. Davante Parker continues to make fantasy football owners smile hauling in 110 yards off 10 catches and the defense played valiantly sacking Russell Wilson twice as well as forcing an Xavier Howard pick but it wasn’t quite enough to eek out a win. The Dolphins will search for their second win Sunday against the 49ers in San Francisco.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Record: (1-3).
Recap: Loss Vs. Cincy Bengals, 33-25.
Breakdown: Three is the loneliest number in Duval after Sunday. Losers of six straight Jacksonville finds themselves reeling a bit losing to 2019’s worst team in football this week in large part to the inability to run the ball (89 yards rushing as a team), turnovers (Minshew interception) and protecting Gardner consistently (three sacks allowed). It’s always darkest before dawn as Doug Marron’s schedule won’t let up next week when Deshaun Watson and the Texans take on Duvall’s finest in Houston Sunday.
Philadelphia Eagles
Record: (1-2-1).
Recap: Won Vs. San Francisco 49ers, 25-20.
Breakdown: FlyEaglesFly, the City of Brotherly love had something to cheer about Sunday as Wentzlvania and the boys did just enough to squeak out a dub in the Golden City. Jim Schwartz’s squad feasted on the 49ers backups sacking them five times while forcing a fumble and a pick-six in their best overall game of the season. Eagles running back Miles Sanders continues to play excellent totaling 76 all-purpose yards in the victory. The Green and White will look for back-to-back wins Sunday against Big Ben and the Steeelers in an in-state tilt at Heinz Field.
Atlanta Falcons
Record: (0-4).
Recap: Loss Vs. Green Bay Packers, 30-16.
Breakdown: The Falcons woes continued as missed opportunities doomed the overmatched Dirty Birds against the Aaron Rodgers-led Packers Monday Night. Quarterback Matt Ryan missed receiver Calvin Ridley twice for scores while their secondary got carved like a Thanksgiving Turkey by Aaron Rodgers surrendering 327 yards and four touchdowns in the ‘L.” Atlanta is now winless for the first time since 1999 and it might be time for a coaching change. The Falcons hope to change their losing ways this Sunday against Teddy Bridgewater and the Panthers in Carolina.
Houston Texans
Record: (0-4)
Recap: Loss Vs. Minnesota Vikings, 31-23.
Breakdown: The fourth cut is the deepest, baby I know. Maybe Cheryl Crow didn’t say those exact words but she might as well have for the Texans as they lost another close one, this time, to Kirk Cousins and the Vikes this afternoon. Houston struggled to defend the run for the fourth consecutive week allowing Dalvin Cook to rush for 130 yards and two touchdowns while playing keep-away from Deshaun Watson for a big 12 minutes. Now when Watson and Bill O'Brien did have the ball, they threw for 300 yards and two touchdowns (108 of which) were to Will Fuller who was icing the horrible Minnesota secondary all game. It’s quite puzzling O’Brien’s squad’s inability to utilize David Johnson fully after trading their best player in DeAndre Hopkins but then again, why is O’Brien still their coach. None of these questions will be answered this Sunday when Gardner Minshew and the Jaguars head into Houston to take on the Texans in an AFC South showdown.
New York Giants
Record: (0-4).
Recap: Loss Vs. Los Angeles Rams, 17-9.
Breakdown: Watching the Giants outrush the Rams 136-to-58 while on the verge of nearly upsetting Los Angeles in Inglewood was about as puzzling as how many licks it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop. New York played outstanding defense limiting the high-powered Rams to just 2-yards-a-clip while forcing a fumble and recording a big sack. In his debut, Giants back Devonta Freeman totaled 68 purpose yards but it was quarterback Daniel Jones awful play as well as the offensive line giving up five sacks that ultimately doomed New York in yet another game. Joe Judge’s schedule doesn’t let up as Dak Prescott and the high-powered Cowboys are next for the G-men.
New York Jets
Record: (0-4).
Recap: Loss Vs. Denver Broncos, 37-28.
Breakdown: The “J,” in Jets stands for just lose baby and man they are great at losing, dropping an absolute heartbreaker to the Broncos at home Thursday evening. A 43-yard Melvin Gordon touchdown did them in but the six sacks and 117 yards given up on the ground didn’t help. Sam Darnold (when not running for his life) had the best play of the Jets season thus far, breaking ankles and taking hearts on a 43-yard rush touchdown that was simply amazing. Whenever New York isn’t being New York, Sam Darnold could have a bright future. For now. The No. 1 pick of the 2021 NFL draft looks most realistic. Next up: Darnold and Adam Gase will look for win numero uno against Kyler Murray and the Cardinals Sunday.
