There’s simply nothing Michael Jordan can’t do. On Tuesday, Jordan and his boat crew reeled in a 442-pound blue marlin during the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament in MJ’s hometown of North Carolina.
According to ESPN, Jordan’s boat Catch 23 was pulling towards the docks in Morehead City when they pulled in the sixth-heaviest fish reeled in during the tournament so far boasting a $3.3 million overall purse.
Unfortunately, the fish wasn’t big enough to finish in the top three but it's’ quite an opening fish marlin tournament for the world’s greatest basketball player.
The six-day tournament runs through Saturday with over 200+ boats around the world.
According to ESPN, the Big Rock Tournament began in 1957.
