The Miami Dolphins are signing tight end Adam Shaheen to a two-year extension Wednesday.
According to ESPN, the extension is worth up to $7.85 million with $3.2 million guaranteed.
The 26-year-old has overcome three injury-riddled years in Chicago with the Bears to finally come into his own hauling in 58 yards off five catches with two touchdowns playing all six games this season.
Miami will value his blocking and end-zone abilities for another two more seasons moving forward.
