The best transfer recruit is heading to Texas Tech. Georgetown stud Mac McClung announced his commitment to the Red Raiders Wednesday.
The 6-foot-2, 186-pound guard from Virginia averaged 15.7-points and 2-assists in 21 games for the Hoyas, according to ESPN.
The sophomore had many options including Wake Forest, Auburn, Memphis, BYU, USC and Arkansas but found his best option would be in Lubbock with Chris Beard and the crew.
Texas Tech welcomes a Top-15 recruiting class as well as bringing back guards Kyler Edwards and Terrance Shannon and transfers Joel Ntambwe and Marcus Santos-Silva next season.
