The reigning Super Bowl Champs have announced their attendance policy ahead of the 2020 NFL season opener.
According to CNN, the Kansas City Chiefs will host the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium with only 22% capacity per the team.
That is approximately 16,000 fans primarily who would be season-ticket holders. The decision was made in consultation with health officials and the NFL with tickets grouped in six seats or less.
Just on the same subject, the Chicago Bears announced a similar message saying they will not hold any fans in the stands of Soldier Field until further notice.
The Chiefs and Bears joined the Steelers, Jets, Giants, Packers and others consulting with health officials to figure out an appropriate attendance policy for their team in their specific state amid the coronavirus.
