It appears that safety Jamaal Adams has had enough with the Jets requesting a trade Thursday evening.

According to ESPN, the Pro-Bowler would welcome a trade to one of seven teams: the Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers or Houston Texans.

New York has no intention on trading the star but Adams could try to force their hand by holding out at training camp.

According to the report, Adams feels management misled him by entertaining trade offers last season as well as talking more than actually making moves to ultimately improve the team.

Adams is signed through 2021 but has been very vocal about wanting a new contract by the start of the coming season.

Through three seasons, Adams has 273 total tackles, 6.5 sacks and six forced fumbles making him regarded as one of the best safeties in the league.
