Indianapolis Colts lose receiver Parris Campbell and safety Maliik Hooker to significant injuries

Chris's Corner

The Indianapolis Colts will be without one of their major offensive pieces as receiver Parris Campbell suffered a PCL injury in his left knee that will sideline him indefinitely.

According to NBC Sports, Campbell was injured after Vikings safety Harrison Smith hit him in the right knee while making a tackle.

The 2019 second-round pick out of Ohio State looked to be the next number one option for quarterback Phillip Rivers but now will need step-up performances by T.Y. Hilton and company.

On the defensive side, safety Malik Hooker will miss the remainder of the 2020 season with a torn achilles.

The 24-year-old had two tackles before getting hurt and is the final year of his contract likely to be a free agent this off-season.

The 2017 first-round pick out of the Ohio State University has never played a full season thus far in his four seasons as a pro.
