Ahead of DeAndre Baker and Quinton Dunbar turning themselves in for robbery, the New York Giants have advised DeAndre Baker to stay away from their virtual team meetings.
Baker was arrested on four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a weapon and turned himself in over the weekend.
New York has been in contact with Baker since last Thursday, the day warrants were issued for his arrest. According to ESPN, he has been participating in virtual off-season workouts/meetings/activities since late April.
Both he and Dunbar were released from jail on Sunday, per one of his attorneys, Patrick Patel and online police records.
