The 6-foot-1, 170-pound point guard out of Little Rock, Arkansas never really found his niche with the Jayhawks (and their loaded roster) but found a home with Coach Jerry Stackhouse in Nashville.
According to ESPN, he was named the Gatorade Arkansas High School Player of the Year out of Arkansas Baptist School System averaging 29-points, four-rebounds and five assists his senior year.
Mcbride looks to be an immediate upgrade to an 11-21 Commodore roster.
