Looks like Drew Brees has found a life beyond football. According to the New York Post, the New Orleans quarterback has agreed to join NBC Sports as a football analyst when he concludes playing. The 41-year-old just signed a two-year, $50 million contract extension with the Saints, last month according to ESPN. According to the Post, Brees is expected to cover Notre Dame football games and be a studio analyst for “Football Night in America,” then be a potential replacement to Chris Collinsworth on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football,” eventually. Brees is the NFL career passing leader in passing yards (77,416) and touchdown passes (547), according to ESPN.
