The Denver Nuggets are trying to halt the coronavirus in its tracks announcing Tuesday they have closed their practice facility following numerous player coronavirus tests.
According to ESPN, two Nuggets of the 35-person Orlando traveling part (players, staff and coaches) tested positive for the virus prior to the weekend shutdown forcing Denver to work in the best interest of its team and players.
Once they get proper CDC approval, Denver will reopen their facilities undergoing controlled, socially distant workouts with coaches and facilities until they leave for the Orlando bubble playoff.
The Nuggets, at 43-22, are currently the third-seed in the Western Conference.
