Well it looks like Mike Zimmer will be staying in Minneapolis for a while as the Vikings head coach agreed to an extension with the team Wednesday.
According to CBS Sports, the 64-year-old coach has been highly successful during his time in the Twin Cities going 59-41 during his first six seasons with the franchise.
He is already the third-winningest coach in Vikings history behind Hall-of-Fame coach Bud Grant and Vikings legend Dennis Green.
Under Zimmer, Minnesota captured their first division title since 2009 and a playoff win under the defensive wiz.
