The Chicago Bears are apparently all-in on specialist Tarik Cohen agreeing to a three-year, $17.25 million dollar extension Sunday.
According to Sports Illustrated, the deal is worth up to $9.53 million in guaranteed dollars for the diminutive but dynamic running back.
The 25-year-old, Cohen, was a fourth-round pick out of the 2017 NFL Draft and the former North Carolina A&T grad has amassed 2,608 total scrimmage yards being easily the Bears most electric offensive weapon.
In 2018, he was a Pro-Bowl and first-team All-Pro selection for his punt/kick returning abilities and for Chicago fans they hope to see more of an (Austin Eckler type of production) following this big contract.
