The Chicago Bulls continue to remake their front office firing longtime general manager Gar Forman. Forman spent 22 seasons as the Bull’s GM. Forman joined the Chicago Bulls as a scout in 1998, according to Yahoo Sports.
In 2004, he was named the team’s Director of Player Personnel. He was named general manager of the Bulls in 2009. Chicago finished .500 or better in eight of eleven seasons under Forman’s helm.
This move is one of many: last Wednesday Arturas Karnisovas was hired from the Denver Nuggets to replace John Paxson as vice president of basketball operations. The team announced Tuesday that Paxson will remain with the team in an advisory role, according to ESPN. This is the biggest front-office shake up in Bulls marvelous history.
