Bills Defensive Tackle Ed Oliver was arrested Saturday night on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI) and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
The 22-year-old was pulled over in his hometown of Houston after being pulled over on State Highway 242.
He was found with a beer in his lap and a gun in his car then taken into the Montgomery County Jail, according to ESPN.
The Buffalo Bills are aware of the situation but have no further comment on this point.
Oliver was the ninth overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft and recorded 43 tackles, five sacks and eight quarterback hits in his rookie season, according to Pro-Football Reference.
