Big 12 announces 9+1 schedule model for 2020 football season

The Big 12 made a big step forward in returning to a 2020 fall season approving a 9+1 schedule model Tuesday.

According to ESPN, the model includes nine conference games with one non-conference game with the Big 12 Dr. Pepper Championship being tentatively to Dec. 12 or 19.

With the announcement now every Power 5 Conference has determined and announced a schedule model for the 2020 fall season.
