New York Yankees-Nothing is more iconic than Yankee Pinstripes, arguably the best team in American sports history with 27 World Titles and 40 AL Pennants.
Boston Red Sox-Fenway, the Green Monster, Dunkin Donuts, Cold Beer and hot sausage: sports is religion for the city of Boston and the Sox classic white, navy and red threads are timeless.
Chicago Cubs-The Cubbies have had a long history of losing but the Boys in blue can darn sure make pinstripes look good.
Kansas City Royals-From their home whites to their powder blues to their two alternates, the sleek stitching, iconic logo and color combinations make the Blue Crew’s threads top of the line.
Milwaukee Brewers-The revamped uniform line vaulted the Brewers into my top five along with things like Miller Lite, Cheese Curds and a fantastic park.
Los Angeles Dodgers-La, La, land brings the stars out to the ballpark especially when Los Angeles rocks their home white and alternate grays outlines with “Dodger blue and red,” is exceptional.
Oakland A’s -The Athletics are the best alternate uniforms in the league and who would’ve thought green, gold and white would be the difference.
Seattle Mariners-The Pacific Northwest has some of the best fans in the country and the best way to give back to the community is to give the people what they want: sure enough they did just that with these excellent cream throwback threads as well as their aqua unis that make the Mariners a top uniform in the league.
Minnesota Twins-From top to bottom the Twin City thread collection is perfect, revamping their collection by adding a Minnesota Kasota gold, scarlet red, navy and pinstripes is a site for sore eyes.
Pittsburgh Pirates-PNC Park has one of the most beautiful backdrops an MLB park can have and now the Pirates newly revamped uniform set making their black road jerseys along with their gold alternates having their fans say, “yo-ho-ho!”
Houston Astros-Yes, they’re a bunch sign-stealing cheaters, but their Astro orange and Houston throwbacks are epic.
San Francisco Giants-Oracle Park is one of the best parks to visit and the Giants have the uniforms to match, orange and cream make them a Bay best.
St. Louis Cardinals-As a native of Kansas City, I don’t have a lot of positives to say about the city of St. Louis, but man, their threads are iconic. Beautiful whites, awesome greys and bright reds that make the Cardinals as legendary as pennants they consistently raise each season.
Tampa Bay Rays-Tropicana Field is the least desired park to visit for fans of the team or the opposition, luckily their uniforms are not whether its their Devil Ray navy’s or their powder blues, Tampa’s unis are a spectacle.
San Diego Padres-I never seriously thought there would come a day where I would love brown on a baseball uniform, but then the Padres just came in and pulled it off.
Texas Rangers-Nothing ever looked near as good as the Rangers new threads, while their logo isn’t my favorite their revamped collection line will look well in their new Globe Life Park in Arlington.
New York Mets-The Miracle Mets will always be the little brother to the Yankees and as to their pinstripes and away blues too.
Colorado Rockies-While I’m not crazy about their archaic logo, I do enjoy the Mile High purple on black or Rocky grey.
LA Angels-Anaheim red is excellent but their logo needs a bit of updating to make something outside of Disneyland just as magical.
Toronto Blue Jays-There’s nothing bad about the Blue Jays new uni collection but there’s also nothing exceptional or unique at either. Toronto’s revamped blue threads are pretty nice though.
Washington Nationals-The Nation's capital has a lot of great color schemes whether it be, the Redskins, the Capitols and the Wizards. I’d tab Washington’s baseball club particularly these navy’s as my favorite of their four.
Atlanta Braves-While I like the Braves logo, their revamped uniform collection is cool but not the best.
Baltimore Orioles-Pumpkin color scheme just doesn’t look great on a baseball team to me.
Cleveland Indians-The Tribe have taken quite the backlash for their logo, branding design and colors, I will try to steer away from that just say Cleveland red is “eh.”
Miami Marlins-The Marlins have revamped their uniform collection twice in the last half decade and this time their summoning elements of their past instead of looking towards Miami’s future.
Cincinnati Reds-The Reds are the first time in my lifetime to rock sleeveless unis so gotta give major props to that but their historic reds are a mess and could use some rebranding.
Philly Phillies-Citizens Bank Park has been known as one of the best parks to visit, now they just need the Phillies to be a team worth watching particularly in their sky blue collection and home pinstripes.
Chicago White Sox-Although Guaranteed Rate Field is in a great location being close to Groveland Park and the harbor, the South Side bombers desperately need a uniform makeover and quick.
Detroit Tigers-While I enjoy the Lions and Red Wings threads, I can’t same the same about the plainness that is the Tigers collection.
Arizona D-Backs -Yes, the Diamondbacks revamped their uniforms to get some spice back into the dry desert heat but the collegiate-look isn’t my favorite.
