A second player from the NFL announced he had COVID-19 Wednesday.
Rookie Redskins’ receiver Antonio Gandy-Golden tested positive for coronavirus March 24th, according to ESPN.
He noted that he did not feel any symptoms and made a full recovery two weeks later. Washington hasn’t opened any of their facilities since the coronavirus suspended sports and he is the first known Redskin to have tested positive.
Gandy-Golden was drafted in the fourth round out of Liberty in the NFL Draft this year.
